Cute kid! Nice pics too; I have the same camera, C765, purchased in late 2004 after nearly a year of agonizing over internet and magazine reviews.
I recently discovered the $12 adapter rings which allow me to use other lenses. Here is a pic with a Raynox DCR6600Pro wideangle.

I can look at my camera tonight if you want to know the exact manufacturer and model that I am using.
My windeangle lens is a Raynox DCR6600Pro.
The only downside is you won't be able to use the flash with an add-on lens. The sheer size of an additional lens blocks part of the light from the flash and you end up with a shadow at the bottom of your photos.
