    Rattling noise at stop lights

There is a rattling noise from the front end/engine area. The rattling only happens when I'm in drive and have the brake pedal pushed all the way in. Any ideas?

Trace sound from front end/engine area while friend holds truck in drive and has the brake pedal pushed all the way in.

That would be my first step.

using a mechanic's stethoscope is the best way. they can be purchased at just about any auto parts store for less than $10. dont wear any close that can snag, especially if you check with the hood open
