I'm searching McMaster-Carr right now and their not showing an option for M6x1.25. The only bolt in 1.25 is M8, M10, M12 for grade 8.8 and M8 for grade 10.9.
I also went to the hardware store and only found M6x1.0 and M8x1.25. I grabbed a couple of each, but I haven't had time to check them on some loose bolts from my rig.

I ran home for lunch and checked the bolts off of the plastic skid plate on the drivers side frame rail. They are M8x1.25 bolts. I don't have one of the shorter ones handy yet.
