    Has anyone seen these?

    http://www.jumpingjacktrailers.com/tent-trailer.cfm

Me and the Dude were at Sportsman's Warehouse yesterday and saw one.

    Seems pretty nice,and versatile.

Don't think i would buy one out right but i am definitely going to be talking with Pop's to see if we cant create something.

The only hard part i see is sourcing the tent.

Reggie, they've been around for some time now. Really cool concept to tent trailer with the option to haul stuff. You'll see a few on craigslist from time to time. Won't find any in the socal area but it seems to be pretty popular in norcal.

id consider paying $4500 with taxes and delivered, but no more than that. if you build a similar trail capable teardrop that is not nearly as spacious, you will spend about $3000-$4000, depending on how fancy you make it. ive been doing quite a bit of research on teardrops, and $3k is the minimum to create/build a freeway/hiway capable teardrop.

Those are pretty slick looking. However, they wouldn't suit my needs. I've packed up too many wet tents from a rainy camping trip only to have to hassle with them when I return home. And if I forget about them, major problems down the road. If the weather you're camping in rarely sees rain, that would be perfect!

Not to much rain when i go.

Definitely not going to buy one, make my own maybe.

Me and Pop's have been tossing around ideas for Teardrops/ camping trailers for a while now.

I just liked the dual purpose ability of this style.

With Pop's working at a Steel place i dont see myself buying a trailer.
