One thing that I did find that helps is one of those sinus rinse gizmos. Basically you flush out your sinuses with warm salt water. You shoot it up one nostril and it comes out the other. Seems gross, and well it is but I've found that it helps quite a bit. You can get them at any CVS store or Walgreens.

Yup, I flush my nostril as well with that. I was told a 50/50 mixture of baking soda and salt (without iodine). Works great for a bit, but only holds off allergies for 20 mins or so.Originally Posted by Skrillah
