    My tires say (4401) so I guess they were made on the 44th week of 2001.

    Looks like it's time to replace my tires.

    Funny, on my older Triumph TR7 there aren't any DOT #s on them.

    I used to own a TR7 too, they don't need DOT #'s because the Lucas Electronics never let it travel far enough to get the tires warm

    check both sides of the tire. they are only on one side and often its on the back side of the tire.
