CBI makes them.
Yeah, I am familiar with CBI's and I like the way it looks but I have no clue what he used for a hinge. jwhbem I thought had the CBI one... maybe I am mistaking it with someone else though.

I'll post some pictures of my tire mount, but I have to log onto my other computer....
It slides into the reciever and swings upwards, wrapping arould the outside of the hitch, then gets locked in with a bolt, so it didn't rattle around.

philip if you're planning to make one take a look at bruce's design. it's pretty damn solid and clean! not difficult to make too!

I have never seen one of those in person that was worth a darn.
You have to make things fit TIGHT so the angle of the dangle doesn't get out of control.
The ones I have seen, I could move the tire assembly 2-3 inches each direction, that had to be sweet going down the road...
