It's been awhile since I've learned something that got me this excited.I started running when I was 12 and been doing it off and on since then. I've always had issues with my shoe lace getting undone. Sometimes even with double knotting it. Anyway, I saw this video on Runners World that shows how to properly tie your shoes. I've always been told it's because I have cheap shoe laces. Anyway, it may not be that exciting to you (pun not intended). But for me, I feel great that my shoes won't untie any more.

) I tie my shoes different all the time. For the most part it is the reef knot. For many years I'd tie my shoes when they were new and just slip them on and off. Now I've got some Salomons with a pull tie shoe lace system and I like it, quick and easy.
