    Campfire Chateaubriand..Serves 2..Prep Required First.

    1 12oz centercut
    1 tbsp Pepper Corns
    1/ tbsp Sea Salt
    1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
    Decent Red Wine
    Olive Oil
    Ziploc Bag

Pull out the steak and lightly rub in some olive oil, just enough to "seal" the meat and place it in the baggie.
Grind up or smash the pepper corns until semi fine and combine with the garlic powder
salt and roughly 1 cup of wine and put into the baggie and seal up.
Place in your cooler and let it sit at least 1/2-1 day under chill. *Most states shn on "Open Bottles" so what you decide to do with your opened bottle is up to you, know what i mean?

Get a decent flame going under your grille and cook while using up the marinade to baste for anywhere from 20-40 minutes, turning halfway through depending on altitude and serve at either medium rare or no more than medium.

    Slice up and enjoy!
