FWIW I need an excuse to take the boat out before the main fishing season, depending on levels I'm considering New Melones, if your line hasn't disintegrated from ice by then. Time permitting, let me know if you want to try for some trout in the Gold Country. I could also show you around. (Columbia/Jamestown/etc..)
