Going fishing tomorrow...

Bob, I went with a buddy of mine. He had a 2 pole stamp so he was spinning and flying out of his river kayak. I just had my fly rig and a float tube.
The weather and views were perfect.

damn that is beautiful!! very cool the mountain is still holding snow when its nearly august

I am sure its to late but if the flies dont work the next best thing is plain old corn. A piece of corn on a small hook will do very well. I learned it does better compared to a fancy 5 dollar rooster tail. Fly fishing is fun but it there is trout to be caught i will bring a small can of corn as back up.

Had some guests breeze into town and have been entertaining them...

I did catch three fishies. Took lots o' pics.

I'm away from home until wed. Will post pics and commentary then.
