Ever since I got the 4runner the only complaint I had with the interior was the mirror was too low and obstructed my view. I tried to move it up before but it wouldn't budge. So a few days ago I was driving home and looked at the thing that looked like a ball joint and decided it must move somehow. I pushed really hard and it finally moved!
I'm so happy now.
It only took me 2 years to figure this out.
