Although it's not a simple bolt on, there's some minor grinding, welding, drilling and tapping. Plus, on a rear axle application, the gears are riding on the coast side of the teeth and are more prone to breakage.

HP's should not be used in the rear axle. to mod it to fit front axles is very easy, after sasing and dual cases etc etc whats a lil cutting and welding on your axle
