Why not? I thought land cruisers came from the factory with a chevy 350...

Why BTB or TLC don't pull the trigger and do a S/C'd 4.7 is beyond me, I thought they both had looked into it??

I guess I'm sorta a purist, so I personally would have preferred a 4.7, 4.7 stroker (5.2), or a 1hd-t diesel mated to a H151 5 speed tranny.

Interesting that he's got all the accessories mounted on the firewall side of the motor. Also looks like the exhaust has changed sometime between those autoblog photos and the sema show. I bet that 2 stroke diesel sounds awesome!
