    Fishing in SWVA

    Anyone know of any good places or sites I can go to find some good streams to do some bass fishing this weekend near Roanoke? I need a fricken break...

    Or how far from the James are you? I get some nice smallmouth, catfish from the James when I'm down near Amhearst / Appomatix's(sp?) at my cousins property.

    That fishing report works....if its inaccurate, then at least I get pointed in a direction to fish! We have talked about going up to smith mountain lake before. I think maybe I should get my trout stamp and national forest stamp and go whereever I wanted.
