got some hella 4000 lights

picked these up for $35 off of craigslist. they need a bulb and harness, but i want to do a 55w HID kit. not sure what color to use, or what kit everyone likes for the money.

thanks. what would happen if i went with something other than a 4500 or 5000K?

higher the kelvins the less light gets thrown out. Therefore a 4500 or 5000 is probably your best bet. I've seen people use 6000 and 6500 and it still throws out ample light though but it's definitely more blue vs the offwhite/white color.

6k is pure white. I have them in my head lights. there isn't any blue at all
