I think I know what commercial you're talking about, IIRC I saw it in a theater a few weeks ago.
they launched this one back in February, but ended up pulling it once they realized that having dead people around their cars wasn't what they wanted at the time (right around the time the media was reporting their "unintended acceleration" death toll was rising)

Yeah, I saw a lot of news readings saying that they had pulled the print ads, due to the poor timing. I'm sure we saw the same commercial, as I heard it was a theater/TV ad. I liked it, but I thought they could have done a lot more with it. I'd like to see a truck ad go this way.

saw it in the theatre too, it was kinda cool. rather have seen a trail edition up there though.
