I think I've gained it all back this semester. Ugh, college life.

ive pretty much plateaued at 230, but ive lost more inches off my waist, so I'm just gaining muscle

I didn't gain as much back as I thought I had, yay! We'll see if I make it thru Christmas alright haha.

One good thing about getting some type of stomach bug on christmas, is no appetite for eating all that yummy food. Still hanging around my goal weight.

April 04, 2011 I hit my goal weight and weighed in at 164.7, today April 18, 2012 I weighed in at 165.7

i can vouch for chris and his wife's amazing weight loss. last time i saw him, he looked like lance's ass minus the boils and hairy pimples. he bent over in front of me, how could i not look?i saw chris and wife about a month ago, and now he looks studly like me. what a difference a year makes!

Hit my goal on Aug 20th and surprisingly, I'm still at 155ish. I thought in the last few months that I had gained some back, but I just weighed myself this morning and found out I didn't. I'm still not satisfied though because I still have a gut.

Miki and I are signed up for Pat's Run this Saturday, which is a 4.2 mile run/walk and we're so far from our training regiment goal it's not even funny. We can barely hit 1/4 mile before we have to walk. Oh well, next time. Our new goal for Saturday's run is to run at least half of it, but not all at once.
