Where to find complete Timing belt/water pump kit?

I know, I pushed it right to the edge. My rig has 142,500 miles.

Yea that belt looks like it was gonna snap!Also looks like yours was leaking some toyota red coolant from the waterpump.

I have almost 100k miles on mine and had to pull the t-belt to mess with the cams this past summer. Belt looked fine then and Im willing to bet it will be fine for quite awhile.

Btw, even using the special tool its quite a PAIN to get the belt on with the idler by the cams on there. I had to leave the idler off and put the belt on then FORCE the idler into the belt with the tool and start threading it.

PPS. Cut the cover around the upper rad hose, makes it SOOO much easier to get to everything and you dont have to pull the hose.

Yeah, my mechanic kept saying how lucky I was to replace it when I did.

I thought the exact same thing when the mech. said I'd been leaking fluid for a while.
