Just was told our tenant is moving out from downstairs and we're looking at interviewing tenants ASAP over the course of the next two weeks, or more if we have to. Vacation, vacation/rental-share or long-term rental available in Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico!!

If you know anyone interested please reply so we can get this rented out asap, I'll even work a really sweet rental rate if housekeeping of the upstairs is offered.
