So here's a question. I have a 2000 4Runner that was purchased new in Arizona and brought to California in 2001, so it has the Federal Emissions Package which has less smog equipment than a California one. So I posed the question to the Air Resources Board, "does my Federal emissions vehicle have to meet the same standards as a California one, and do it with less equipment?" Their answer was "no, you only have to meet federal standards." Well, comparing 4x4Mike's smog results to mine, my threshold values are nearly 3X more stringent. So, I would like to see your results to compare among model years, emission packages and year of test.
Please copy and paste the information below and fill it out for your vehicle:
Emissions package:

Vehicle purchased brand new in:
Year of smog check:

Here's mine:
Emissions package: FEDERAL
State in which you live: California
Vehicle purchased brand new in: Arizona
Year of smog check: 2011
-Test----RPM----%CO2---%O2----HC Max---HC Meas---%CO Max---%CO Meas---NO Max---NO Meas
15 mph--1433---14.9------0.1-------49----------42---------0.62---------0.21----------501---------415
25 mph--2396---14.8------0.0-------32----------15---------0.75---------0.07----------754----------53
Thanks for helping me out with this.
