    yeah, looking at the '02 diagram (not sure the difference, and i lost my 98 and 99 diagrams)

    green with a red stripe from the hazard switch should be const on when the switch is closed(on). BUT! that is also const on for the turn signals as well. so no go there. sorry.

    the alternative is to build a small converter with a relay and a capacitor.
