Fuse Block - That Doesn't Look Right

Trying to take care of some of the previous issues that the previous owners left behind and noticed this while changing out the fuse for the rear heater.

    For reference: ALT 120A, location

Now look at where the ALT 120A is supposed to be

When I saw this that just doesn't seem right. Any ides on how to fix that if that is screwed up?

Good news is that it's cheap. Bad news is that it's a PITA. I blew the ABS fuse (right above it) and it's a similar one. You have to partially remove the fuse box and go at it from the bottom. The fuse is screwed into the box, at the terminals, with tiny little screws. It's not a plug and play.

I'd also look into things and find out why that may have happened.

Looks like the cheap clear plastic lens may have come off and they just smeared some silicone on it to insulate it. Probably won't affect anything, but if it makes you feel better replace the main and keep the one in there now as a spare.
