I'm Jeff in Arizona, 2001 4Runner bought in Nov. 2006. ,Once upon a time had an 87 4Runner. Learned a lot from TOF, then people started disappearing. Now I know where the knowledge-base went. Have a TJM front bumper, Warn M8000 winch with synthetic line, Tundra fronts/OME 891 and OME N86 shocks, Stubbs sliders and 255/85/16 BFG MT's. I'll post some pics up soon in the proper section.

914Runner here, starting to migrate on over here.
I miss seeing all of the awesome projects you guys do with your rigs. Seems like most of the "hardcore" 3rd gen guys came over here along with alot of the old regulars from YT.

Hey all,
Just thought I'd introduce myself. Some of you probably already know me, many others may not. The name's Adam, I own, and do 80-95% of the fab work at 4x Innovations. I wheel my 87 Yota 4 runner, dubbed Junior. It's pretty well built, wheels well. I still have some things to do to it. I also have an 86 turbo 4 Runner, a 87 parts runner, gutted, cut up and ready for the recyclers, an 85 pick up, Mcfly, that is SLOWWWWWLLLLLYYYY and secretly being built into a pretty sweet machine, and the newest member of the family is a 97 Dodge Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel and a trailer.
Well that's probably enough for the intro for now. Watch out for the Vendor Spotlight coming up soon, there will be more info there.
It's nice to be here and I hope to meet a lot of people and get to wheel with more!

My name is Jason Bassett from Nashville Tn. I have a 96 4Runner 4WD. My wife and I bought the 4Runner last year with the intention of it being her DD (we wanted an SUV since we had a baby on the way). At the time I had a 99 Accord that I was going to trade in on a sporty sedan of some kind. Well anyways, after we bought the Toyota I drove it occasionally and really liked driving it better than my honda. I talked to my wife and we decided to make the Toyota my DD and talked about buying her a sedan to drive. We ended up getting her a 96 Lexus ES300 and we take the 4Runner on trips and such. After driving the 4Runner, I started having an interest in taking it offroad to see what it could do. So I went with my buddy that has a Tundra and have been hooked ever since.
I found out about this forum and love it
I feel the love so much better that the other site out there

Me and corey had a disagreement :chair: so I am here. Hoping to learn and maybe share some of my knowledge. I have been a fabricator for 20 years and in Toys about 10. I am also an active member of the pirate board and I donate to the Friends of the Rubicon (FOTR).

Is this where the Introductions happen :headscratch:
I'm Josh. I worked my way over here because I am interested in the Pismo Runner Jambo in October since I am from that area. (Atascadero, CA) Gives me an excuse to come home to visit and wheel while I'm at it.
Also seems to be a good group of people over here.

Wow, 12yrs! Do you miss being able to drive 20 mins to the coast to get away from the heat?
Although a couple months ago, we had a crazy heat wave and it was hotter 111* in Los Osos than it was in Atascadero and Paso 104*. It was crazy, when it ended, it went from 104* one day to 65* the next day.
