    finially got the tailpipe re-routed. originally i wanted the pipe coming out of the muffler, then go upwards over the frame, then coming down out of side of the bumper. but after talking to several shops, there's no space to weld the new tailpipe, the only way is to remove the muffler, bent/fit the new pipe, weld it, then put the muffler and tailpipe back on together. that would cost me around $120+. so i decide to just have the very end part re-routed, $50 out of the door.

    Looks good. You should get some high temp flat black paint and spray that visible exhaust piping. I think it would give it a much cleaner look.

    I've heard that you need to reinforce your frame if you're going to mount a tire carrier. Have you guys needed to do this? If so, did you add C-channel or what?

    reinforcing on a 3rd gen is plating, no need to add c channel since its already boxed.
