Looks like some good fab work. Any reason why you decided to put the recovery points
so far "outboard". Usually the best location is directly off the frame horns.

yes, their just to the outside of the corners of the frame ....there are two notches directly under where you're speaking for hi-lift jacking points. I didn't want to interfere with those. It's all gusseted behind for the recovery points and they also act as another reinforcement for the large verticle weld for the side pieces.Originally Posted by freejake3

Well it's pretty much done. you can see on the driver rear that it still needs a little trimming to make the gap more even, it's a little close at the corner. Other than needing a bath and my license plate light/holder that should be here soon ...it's done. ...whew!! I may have 4x4 labs make a gas can holder while I'm gone and send it to me. The perch shoud provide a good base to mount one on.
