    Too funny! And I was wonder just how I was gonna post these pictures....

    Fencing to protect the culvert, so nobody falls in.


    One Problem they installed a gate! and no lock.....morons!


    Normal code for fencing installs don't put useless gates, I guess they want someone to get injured.....
