Just get rid of the sway bar (completely), for a week, and see if it makes a difference. When my truck was IFS, I got rid of it and it didn't matter on the road! Or I just didn't matter that much.

I ditched the sway bar off of my tacoma, and after a couple of days I was used to it enough that it doesnt bother me on the road anymore.It's been off for over a year now.
