Bought this off of apimpdad about 6 months ago and have since decided to go another route. It came off of a first gen tundra 4.7 auto. Will fit 95.5-04 Tacomas, 96-02 4Runners and 00-06 Tundras.
You will need a new gear set (2.28 or 4.7) as the ones in it are chipped.
The adapter itself is fine though.
